At Sia & Ora, we strive to deliver your jewelry safely and on time. We partner with India’s most reliable courier services (via Shiprocket) to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to almost all pin codes across India. (Note: International shipping is currently not available directly through the website. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp/Instagram).

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Dispatch Time: We try our best to ship your goods as fast as possible. All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Sundays & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3 – 5 working days.

  • Rest of India: 5 – 7 working days.

  • J&K / North East / Remote Areas: 7 – 10 working days.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or courier delays which are beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard Shipping: Standard shipping charges apply at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally run promotions for Free Shipping on orders above a certain value. If applicable, this will be auto-calculated at checkout.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & PARTIAL PAYMENT

To ensure genuine orders and faster delivery, we operate on a Partial COD Model:

  • Advance Payment: A small token amount (e.g., ₹100 or 10% of order value) is required to be paid online at the time of booking to confirm your order.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining amount is to be paid in Cash/UPI to the delivery agent at your doorstep.

  • Non-Delivery / RTO Policy: If you refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery, or if the courier returns the package due to an incorrect address/phone number provided by you, the Advance Payment is Non-Refundable. This amount is forfeited to cover our forward and reverse shipping costs.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking Link via Email and SMS. You can use this link to track the live status of your package.

  • If you do not receive a tracking link within 48 hours, please email us at [Enter Support Email].

7. TAMPERED PACKAGES & DAMAGES

  • Do Not Accept: If the outer packet looks torn, opened, or tampered with, please DO NOT accept the delivery. Refuse it immediately and contact our support.

  • Unboxing Video: As per our Return Policy, you must record an uncut 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package. This is mandatory to claim any relief for missing or damaged items.
