Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a limited cancellation window.

• Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been processed or shipped.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible via our support channels.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled frequently or not accepted at delivery may be restricted from placing future COD orders.
