Exchange / Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and while we take every step to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that unforeseen issues may occasionally occur during transit. In such cases, we are always here to help and resolve the matter as smoothly as possible.

1. Damaged / Wrong / Missing / Tampered Products

Exchanges are only applicable if

  • You have received a damaged, wrong, or tampered product
  • continuous, unedited unboxing video is shared from the moment the package is opened till the product is fully revealed, with the concern clearly visible, failing which the claim may not be accepted.
  • The unboxing video should show the package being opened for the first time with original packaging intact. Videos that indicate prior opening or repackaging may lead to rejection of the claim.
  • The video is shared within 24 hours of delivery

Please note:

  • Cut, edited, partial, or post-opening videos will not be accepted.
  • Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained

2. What if I do not like the product after receiving it?

At Sia & Ora, we believe in complete transparency so that you can shop with confidence. We follow a strict no-return policy. We do not offer exchanges or refunds based on:

  • Size issues
  • Personal preferences
  • Change of mind
  • Liking or disliking the product

We make every effort to showcase the product’s quality, finish, and details as transparently as possible. Concerns arising from personal expectations that differ from what is shown do not qualify as valid claims. 

3. Product Details & Customer Responsibility

Before placing an order, customers are expected to carefully review all product details provided on the website, including:

  • Material and finish
  • Dimensions and capacity
  • Laptop compatibility for totes
  • Wash-care and usage instructions

Failure to follow or review these details does not qualify for exchange or refund.

 

To help you make an informed decision, we offer the following options before purchase:

  1. Personalized video call: You may contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to schedule a video call. Our team will be happy to show the product in real time and answer any questions you may have.
  2. Live pictures/videos: We share live and unedited pictures taken during the packaging process so you can see the exact product before it is shipped. These are also available in our Instagram highlights. Customer can contact us personally for the same as well.
  3. Customer reviews and pictures: We have a wide range of customer reviews, including picture reviews, shared on our feed, our highlights as well as the website. These help provide a realistic understanding of the product’s look and quality.

We strongly encourage using these resources if you have any doubts before placing an order, as refund or exchange requests cannot be entertained later if these options were not reviewed responsibly.

Wash Care and Usage

Any damage caused due to improper usage, handling, storage, or failure to follow the wash-care or product instructions mentioned on our website will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Clearance Sale Policy

Clearance sale products are shown with complete transparency through detailed videos on our Instagram stories and can only be purchased directly via our stories. These products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Customers may request additional images or schedule a video call before purchasing. However, all essential details are already clearly covered in the shared videos. Any order placed under the clearance sale cannot be cancelled, modified, or switched to another product.

Claim Review and Resolution

All claims are reviewed carefully by the Sia & Ora team, and exchange will be provided to you. We do not have a return-refund policy.

Additional Notes

Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or the handcrafted nature of our products and do not qualify as defects.

We strive to share room-light images and videos of our products on both our website and social media so customers can clearly see real colors alongside shoot images. All visuals shared are unfiltered, and if you need any additional clarity, you are always welcome to request more images or a video call before placing your order.
