Welcome to Sia & Ora. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
2. PRODUCT ACCURACY & APPEARANCE
We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the website as accurately as possible. However, please note:
Color Variations: The actual color of the jewelry may vary slightly from the images due to photography lighting sources or your screen settings.
Handcrafted Nature: Minor irregularities in stone setting or polish are part of the handcrafted nature of the jewelry and are not considered defects.
3. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION & BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
5. PAYMENT TERMS & PARTIAL COD
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we require a partial advance payment of Rs.99 to confirm the order.
The remaining amount is to be paid in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Non-Refundable Advance: If you refuse to accept the delivery at the doorstep, or if the delivery fails due to an incorrect address/phone number provided by you, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover our shipping and packaging costs. It will not be refunded.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 24-48 hours.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days for metro cities and 7-10 working days for other locations.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner (Shiprocket) or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, public holidays).
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to the nature of our products (Jewelry), we have a strict policy to ensure hygiene and quality.
Hygiene Clause: Returns are not accepted for Earrings and Nose Pins once the seal is broken or if the item has been tried on, due to hygiene reasons.
Mandatory Unboxing Video: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or missing item, you must provide an uncut, 360-degree unboxing video starting from the time you open the outer courier packet. Without this video, no complaints regarding damage or missing items will be entertained.
Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be processed via Store Credit or a Gift Voucher valid for 1 year.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sia & Ora or its content suppliers and protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not use our product photos for commercial purposes without our consent.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, India, and the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
